Executive Team
The Commission Executive Team will lead the Commission’s people and resources to deliver the required performance to achieve its targets. In addition to the Commissioner, and the board level directors, the executive team consists of:
Mark Grimshaw
Managing Director, Child Support Agency
Mark has previously been Strategic Programme Director and Chief Operating Officer within the Child Support Agency. In 2001, he joined the Vocom Group as an Interim CEO, before moving to Jobcentre Plus in 2002 as the Employer Services Director. Prior to this, Mark held a number of senior management roles within Mercury Communications and Cable & Wireless.
Simon McKinnon
Information and Technology Director
Simon is responsible for defining and delivering strategies for information and technology that best support the Commission’s objective. He was most recently Director of Technology and Operations at OAG, a global content management company. Simon was previously IT Director for two start-up companies, StepStone and Vertical*I.
Ian Pavey
Human Resources Director
Prior to joining the Child Support Agency in May 2006, Ian was HR Director with a large private equity-backed manufacturing business. His role included HR policy, employee benefits, executive remuneration and executive recruitment. Previous experience included HR and operational roles in a number of manufacturing and service organisations.
Ian Wright
Corporate Services Director
Ian is responsible for leading the provision of Corporate Services to the Commission Executive, the Child Support Agency and any future entities that are created within the Commission. The scope encompasses IT Support through to Financial Services and Estates Management. After a career in Financial Services and Information Technology, Ian joined the Agency in 2007 as a Programme Director and subsequently took on the role of IT Director.
